  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • The following items are non-refundable:
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items returned without an approved RMA number.
